Streamlined Care: The Impact of Online Scheduling
Scheduling your appointment at Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian just got easier! With the introduction of online scheduling, booking your appointments is now more convenient and accessible—right at your fingertips. We've made it our goal to improve your experience by simplifying the scheduling process and making sure you have timely access to the care you need. It's never been easier to take control of your health!
How It Works
Online scheduling will differ depending on whether your referring provider is a Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) physician or a community physician. If your referring physician is affiliated with WCM, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your appointment through Connect.
Once you receive the link and are ready to schedule, you will be prompted to answer a few questions to ensure accurate scheduling. Then, Connect will populate locations and times that accommodate the exam. After selecting your preferred date and time, you are ready for your visit with us. If you have an active Connect account, all exam details will be available in your portal for reference after scheduling.
If your provider is not affiliated with WCM but you wish to schedule online, you can request this option by uploading your prescription using this secure link which can also be found on our website. Once we receive your prescription, our team will review it and send you an email with instructions to schedule online. You will then follow the same steps outlined above.
The implementation of ticketed scheduling has transformed our patient experience, making access to care more convenient than ever. Whether you’re scheduling, rescheduling or canceling, it’s all in your hands – saving you time and giving you greater control over your healthcare journey. So, what are you waiting for? Click to schedule today.
Please note: Not all exams can currently be scheduled online. If that is the case, you will instead be prompted to call us to speak with one of our expert Patient Access Coordinators who will guide you through scheduling your exam.
