The Customer Service and Scheduling Center at Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian is dedicated to assisting you in scheduling your imaging examination. Our staff will seamlessly assist with coordinating your appointment at one of our seven locations. We understand the necessity in providing you with prompt and flexible appointments, therefore, we are open 7 days a week and offer daytime, late evening, and weekend appointments.
Please let us know at the time of scheduling if you require any special accommodations during your visit, including whether you are an international patient, traveling from a nursing home or out-of-town, or require an interpreter.
Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist with scheduling your appointment from Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM ET and Saturday and Sunday 9AM to 5PM ET.

If an exam requires pre-authorization, it is important we obtain this information prior to your appointment. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for notice of approval, however, we will coordinate with your referring office to obtain this information.
