The Patient Access team at Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian is dedicated to assisting you in scheduling your imaging examination. Our staff will seamlessly assist with coordinating your appointment at one of our eight locations. We understand the necessity in providing you with prompt and flexible appointments, therefore, we are open 7 days a week and offer daytime, late evening, and weekend appointments.
Please let us know at the time of scheduling if you require any special accommodations during your visit, including whether you are an international patient, traveling from a nursing home or out-of-town, or require an interpreter.

If you have seen a Weill Cornell Medicine doctor and have been referred for an imaging exam, you may receive a notification in Connect or an email from us prompting you to schedule your appointment online.
Whether you are using the computer or our Connect app on your smartphone, we are sure you will find we have made it easy for you!
Please note: Not all exams can currently be scheduled online. If that is the case, you will instead be prompted to call us to speak with one of our expert Patient Access Coordinators who will guide you through scheduling your exam.

Insurance & Pre-Authorization Information
If an exam requires pre-authorization, it is important we obtain this information prior to your appointment. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for notice of approval, however, we will coordinate with your referring office to obtain this information.
